    Just solved the problem with my N66U ! I used this old firmware (Asuswrt-Merlin build 3.0.0.4.354.29 BETA 1) from here: http://www51.zippyshare.com/v/45006032/file.html and flashed it like a normal firmware from Asus website. Thank you!

    This is a solution for N66U: Download this old firmware (Asuswrt-Merlin build 3.0.0.4.354.29 BETA 1) from here: http://www51.zippyshare.com/v/45006032/file.html and flash it like a normal firmware from Asus website. That's it !

    bluepoint, I tried all that you suggested and I still get 170mbps with little variations jlake, I tried 1300, 1460 for MTU and the result was 140-160mbps. Do you have any suggestion for MTU/MRU ? Thank you!

    all that were turned on and off for the test purpose and now all are on their default positions.
