    Hey, I have this problem too! Only difference is this is two years later and I'm on a 3945 ISR. We just got the EHWIC-4ESG overnighted to us, plugged it in (after turning off power of course) turned it back on and it shows up in show inventory and show diag but no interfaces actually show up...
