It seems, new release brokes something in DualWAN when two Ethernet connection are in use.
The second wan (which is vlan3) just doesn't abtain an IP address.
That can be done manually of course, but no other procedures works afterwards anyway: address assigning, routes updates, etc.
Everything was fine here on 376.x.
