I have a much better solution than your switch. Mikrotik is coming out with a CCR1072 soon which will have 72 cores and 8 10G interfaces. It uses the CPU for everything but the CPU is much faster that it can handle port capacity. It has all the features of a switch and router but using the CPU (no switch chips). Currently im using a CCR1036 with 2 10G interfaces and it supports more than what you ask although i suspect the price of the CCR1072 when released to be $2000. Mikrotik routerOS also lets you use L3 and higher firewall on L2 aside from the firewall on L2 if you use the CPU to do the switching.

How big are your MPLS pipes? How many sites? We were moving to MPLS in our Cisco 6600 switches when I retired 8 years ago.
