ftpes doesn't work unless AiProtection -> Vulnerability Protection is turned off.

When it is on, these are the problems i saw:
From my end, router log showed this:

On their end, their server logs were saying I was transmitting over cleartext, which is clearly not allowed when ftpes is enabled.

Is this known already? In my searches I saw a giant argument about it in a similar way. I also saw on github that there was some sort of TLS issue and it was reverted back to some other code.
