Netgear ( RND4000 ) vs Dlink 343

Hi.

Which NAS system is better(RAID 5) between the Dlink 343 and the Netgear NAS devices.

I was originally looking at Drobo but I guess adding a network interface is too difficult for them to figure out so now I am looking between Dlink and Netgear.

Please let me know if you have experience with either of these devices or have heard anything good or bad about them.
