A long while ago I posted in here looking for advice ( http://forums.smallnetbuilder.com/showthread.php?t=29&highlight=dental+office ) and ended up with a Sonicwall TZ180. This product worked quite well and is now at end of life so I guess my question is "Do I go with another Sonicwall product or is there something much better available now?"
Still a small office but I put in a dedicated server(Win2008 foundation), 6 new workstations(Win7,64x), and a dumb switch, made a domain blah blah blah. Oh and I'm still rough in networking!
