Why does client Tx and Rx show so crazy WRONG??

RE: RT-AX86U when I go NetworkMap> Clients(ViewList)> and sort by TxRate (for example), my mac shows 400Mbps Tx and Rx. This is BS, and using iStat-Menus (which shows accurately), my push speed in my example, shows abut 300Kbps (thats Kilo, not Meg, as the client shows (400Mbps). WHY is this so freaking wrong all the time, for all clients? I did a quick YouTube you can see at
