    Update: No change with the new modem. I made sure to turn off all firewalls before turning off the modem's wifi functionality (since, for whatever reason, I can't change any modem settings once the wifi has been disabled.) Plugging the NAS directly into the modem didn't help either.

    Archer C3150 vs RT-AC3100

    Is the RT-AC3100 really that much more stable? The Archer C3150 is rated higher on the Router Ranker overall, and seems to perform a bit better (especially at 5GHz).
