    dnsmasq.conf.add config file keeps having execute attribute set

    I've pushed an update that fixes permissions for the file. That being said its the content of the file (or the name) that will trigger ASD, so although the execution flag was incorrectly being set it shouldnt be the direct reason for ASD nuking the file.

    Based on this I can confirm Skynet isn’t causing your issues, it’s one of the other addons you have installed or a misconfiguration elsewhere. I was wondering if anyone would pick up on that 😎… Skynet is currently undergoing a major refactor, all functions are being rewritten and evaluated...

    Skynet logs every packet it blocks, there is no exception to this rule or way to get around it. I think there is a coincidence in timing as the firewall service gets restarted when Skynet is uninstalled. Does the same occur when you simply disable skynet or unban all IP's?

    Your making this much harder then it needs to be, if you follow the logging steps provided skynet will show you exactly what is being blocked in a few simple commands.

    Skynet logs every IP it blocks if logging is enabled, there is never an exception to this rule. If there are no logs, Skynet isn't the cause of your issues. But it looks like another IP that this domain uses is blacklisted

    Just adding to my previous post as it seems I’m the only one with reproducible connection issues. My provider has to whitelist third party routers when theirs is used in bridge mode. Does the 3006 branch change the routers MAC address in some way?

    Upgrading to this firmware kills the wan on my GT-AXE16000 using automatic ip. Factory reset keeping all settings stock doesn’t resolve the issue either. Nothing obvious in syslog. I’ve also tried using both the 2.5G WAN port and 10G to rule that out. Downgrading resolves the issue and the...

    Skynets logic hasn’t changed in years, you will need to provide some screenshots of the behaviour and possibly your log file so I can see if there is actually an issue here.

    So that implies you never manually banned the domains in Skynet, only the IP’s may have been banned.

    While these aren't valid hostnames, the webui allows you to set them (most clients don't). I've added additional filtering to data grabbed from nvram but this should probably be filtered when trying to assign the custom name by Asus/@RMerlin

    Looking for feedback: Anyone considering AiCloud important to them?

    I feel like AiCloud has had a reputation as a security risk for the longest time and functionality can be easily replaced by various docker containers. Getting rid of the attack surface in my eyes is only beneficial to the project overall.
