I have a brand new RT-AX58U (RT-AX3000U) and I messed up the admin password and decided to do a WPS reset and start over. Only I couldn't make the reset work. The instructions say turn it off, press and hold WPS and power it on. Continue holding WPS until the light starts flashing. Only it...
Same DDNS bug here after updating to FW_RT_AC66U_B1_300438645987. For the moment I've turned DDNS off. It isn't a critical feature for me though I would like to see this fixed. Other than that it's running good.
The support site has Version 3.0.0.4.386.43137 for the RT-AC68U, but a 5 month old Version 3.0.0.4.386.43129 for the RT-AC66U B1. It's been a while so I thought I had better check. Is it still ok to rename the RT-AC68U firmware and load it in the RT-AC66U B1?

My RT-AC66U_B1 indicates there is an update available, but when I press Firmware Upgrade, it seems to download and install it and reboots the router, but after I login and check, the router is still on 300438520630, not 300438520632. I've tried it several times and and it always ends staying on...
3.0.0.4.385_20585

In my case I did a WPS reset when I installed 45717 so that one was clean. I skipped 81039 and then did a simple firmware upgrade to 81049 and rebooting, so not clean.
The Mesh Node is WPS reset and re-added every time.
I have a spare RT-AC66U B1 standing by with a clean WPS reset...
RT-AC66U B1 router and mesh node, both on 81049. Respond ICMP Echo (ping) still set to the default No. I get no messages about Ping reply on those tests.
