Thank you. I see the 88U pro model is supported by Merlin. I might install that. Although at this point I’m not sure why I’d need that. I think I originally installed it so I could serve up a USB flash drive. I think stock firmware supports that now though.

I was trying to set traffic monitoring on the router, not the access point. Anyhow this appears to be a problem only on my iPhone safari and chrome browsers (not opera mini though). Kinda weird.

So I did the factory reset on my access point too. But some options are still not responding. Such as stealth mode or anything in that section. Any ideas? I’m on an AC1900p. Are those options not supported?

You da man. Factory reset fixed it. Of course a totally coincidental ISP issue intervened which slapped me with a huge red herring for an hour. But I’m up and running now. Thank you for the advice.

Oh. I just realized. After leaving the VPN client turned off on the router for an hour or so, I went back into my torrent client and noticed it had continued to download. Oops. I’ll have to be mindful of that.
