    Plugged into the HFC modem without any VLAN2 adjustment, the router reports "Your ISPs DHCP does not function properly" - on the plus side, I'm able to write this reply 'cos it switches to the backup dongle just fine... So back to the original plan B - try to set up the switch. Will get back...
