Hmm...two votes for Cisco gear. I hadn't even been looking at or considering Cisco stuff, guess I'll need to do consider it... I am planning to use a Zyxel GS1910-24 managed switch...which I've had for a while. Hopefully that works OK.- bobn4burton

So my current router (Asus RT-AC66U) is slowly dying (I think). A little over a year ago, I started losing internet connectivity. I couldn't even load the Asus router page, it just gave an error page...something like "settings have been updated. web page will now refresh..." For no apparent...- bobn4burton

Wireless Router w/USB in car to stream movies to tablets??
Thanks for the suggestions so far guys. One tablet is a Nexus 7 and the other is an Archos 70 (soon to be updated to Nexus 7). I think I have the streaming to android tablet part down OK. There are many options and shouldn't be a problem. I could use the USB port, but that would only...- bobn4burton

OK...so my kids each have a 7" tablet. I get sick of changing out the movies all the time because of limited storage space on the tablets. So I had an idea...what if I just got a wireless router with USB storage port and then I could just get a usb hard drive with all the movies on it and...- bobn4burton
