    I did a lot of research thiggins and looking in the manual for the Airave. Its actually 40kbps, not .40. 40kbps=.04mbs. That's not that bad at all. I think it might work. Still waiting for it to activate though.

    Thanks Thiggins, I honestly have found no latency issues with the wireless N router and gaming. I mean, please understand, that I am using Sprint Broadband wireless and the reception on my ranch is pretty bad. I have tested a few receivers and ended with a Linksys Maxrange N USB receiver.
