I havent rebooted the router... why would this fi x it?

I have been running 386.14_2 merlin for more than a month and I can only see traffic usage for the current day of the month. I also cannot retrieve any data for traffic monitor as well. The AC88U router was recently factory reset, asus firmware updated, and then flash to asus merlin 386.14_2...

i started disabling everything so i can see why i was getting low down speeds. but i am making progress as i am getting 500 mbps but not 800.

After I enabled Nat acceleration... my speed jumped to 500+ Mbps.

how is this done ?

I am using a Cat6E rated 1GBPS cable 25Ft. It is not. I just did some minor tweaking... and using Asus merlin firmware latest update have boosted my download speed to 150-250 mbps but not anywhere the advertised 800 mbps. i have everything turned off in my asus settings. qos, bandwidth limiter...

I'm currently testing on a wired connection using a CAT6 cable to a 1GBPS port. I checked my download speed on speedtest and the result was 100Mbps but 25Mbps upload speed. The current plan I use is 800/25 and ISP is Xfinity. It seems that the router is incapable of distributing the full speed...

I disabled STP under LAN and seem to have gained the maximum speed of my provider. Do I need STP if I am using only 1 router?

I have app analysis off, QoS off, classification, web history off. Withdrew under privacy page under adminstration. Still nothing worked.

I have the Comcast Xfinity internet 600/20 plan and using ASUS RT AC68U with Merlin. When I did a speed test behind the router, I am getting 200/20 speeds. But when I am connected directly to the modem, I will get close to 600/20. I think the router is my problem and how do I fix it?

So I cannot downgrade or upgrade the FW. I've tried older versions and the newest version and nothing works! :l
