    What would you recommend, with the features that Merlin brings to the table (Whitelist / Blacklist Wifi access, Time of day access / Block). I use the Time of day scheduling in Parental controls section to Block / Unblock certain devices when needed.

    I would have locked all that down (Web access from LAN). I have tried the factory reset according to instructions, which is depressing WPS button when powering on and it just boots up as per normal, with all my existing settings.     192.168.1.1 is my gateway (my Desktop IP is via DHCP), Router Admin login times out.

    Yeah I do not think it is hard resetting either, (Depress WPS while power is applied), because Wireless devices are still connecting to my WPA2 password. I have tried Router.asus.com and the direct IP 192.168.1.1 (my normal bookmark) are timing out.

    Yeah I mean ADMIN pages. I am in the middle of a killer migraine :( Browse Internet quite fine, Admin pages are not loading at all, power cycling device does not fix it.
