Sorry to hear that. For me only 1 firmware update has worked since i bought this router where the lights were the correct color and the speed was great. Each subsequent update has been either wrong color lights or not getting full speed.
What's funny now is that my download speed has been cut in half and my upload speed is showing up fully, despite both of them being 1gbps up/down when tested in the QoS speed test. Have restarted my router & node multiple times.
Yeah i don't know what exactly it is that does this. My main node (router) downstairs has a white light but the node on floor is yellow while showing great signal strength.
My computer is hardwire into the mesh node. I get the full download speed but the upload speed stays at 35 or so mbps. It's the same thing if I hardwire my computer into the main router node as well. The nodes themselves are almost on top of one another, router on 1st floor, node on 2nd. I...
My ET 12 updated to this and now the ET-12 node in my room shows a yellow light on top instead of the usual white. Anybody else seeing this issue? Also, it seems like my ET 12 is artificially somehow limiting my upload speed as the speedtest from with the ASUS Gui shows 900 up / 900 down whereas...
Funnily enough, my laptop gave worse download and upload speeds than my S21 did (and yes it was on performance power plan with A/C plugged in). In any event, the symmetrical 1Gbps was not being achieved, with download speed hovering around 600 Mbps and upload speed hovering around 170 Mbps.
Just ran speedtest on my Galaxy S21 and got 830Mbps down, 191 Mbps up from the Node. Ran it again near to the main router and got 800Mbps down 560 Mbps up.
Hi there,
I am currently having an issue with low upload speeds from my AXE11000 ET 12 node. The ET12 node is connected to the ET12 router via the 6ghz dedicated backhaul. Here as some more details
Connection Quality: Great
RSSI = -63dBm
Firmware Version: 3.0.0.4.388_23013
Backhaul Connection...
Could you explain the second point further? What's connected to that WAN port is basically the FiOS modem which, afaik, doesn't have wifi or anything. Should i put the operation of the ET12 to Access Point / AI Mesh Router in AP mode to try and resolve this issue?
