    Oh yeah, those were just made up examples vs the complicated domain I was really using. I did figure it out, vpn was changing the dns around when it would autoconnect. Doh. Pretty obvious in retrospect.

    I have Chromecast Audio which I think is 2.4 and 5 and they are on the 5 network and snooping looks like it is disabled. It usually 'just works' but when it doesn't then I have the router restart needed.

    I wanted to try monitoring traffic by IP. I looked at the steps on the wiki, it seems straightforward, but I don't see the option available in the UI. Am I going crazy? Is it not supported by my router?

    Losing network regularly

    Good thought about the airport express. I can't change the topography as that router isn't mine, but I did get it upgraded to the latest firmware and put the AUS mac address in as reserved address in the DHCP pool so hopefully that does it.
