I solved the issue.The QoS works but you need Aimesh extender connected to it, then it affects also the aimesh extender and also other branded repeaters, for example the TPLINK. So it must be like this DSL-ac68u > RP-AX58 > any additional extenders

I managed to fix mobile devices by disabling NAT acceleration in router settings. But the repeater still nothing, do you know any other option to make repeater slow? Even if buying other device, I have TP LINK RE500 but there is no speed regulation inside repeater settings.
