I read that having a system like aimesh or unifi ubiquity there could be better management of the seamless connection. It is not true?

What the difference between configuring the second router as AP or as AiMesh with ethernet backhoul? Maybe with AiMesh there is a correct band steering between router and AP bands?

I actually use 1 tp-link archer c7 as router and 1 older router as AP with the same SSID. I realized that sometime I have some connection problem when device switch from 2.4ghz to 5ghz band. Tp-link customer care says it's because the router doesn't support band steering. So i'd like to change...
