    Factory made doesn't necessarily mean that they're good and in working condition. A bend or if run in wall, even a scratch when pulled in a conduit can create issues.     Nope. Are you having disconnections on any of your devices ? Sounds like a problematic ethernet cable issue somewhere (wild guess)

    If you updated to the latest firmware, UPnP is disabled instead of enabled by default. You'll either have to manually port forward, or enable UPnP.
