RT AC68U can't achieve more than 600Mbps on latest firmware

After a little more tinkering (rebooting the router many times and enabling/disabling the above mentioned features), it looks like now I can get speeds of 800Mbps which are more like the ones on the old firmware. Thank you for your help!

RT AC68U can't achieve more than 600Mbps on latest firmware

@Kanji-San I have tried from my PC which is nehind the router's NAT (connected via Ethernet). @Wisiwyg I didn't enable any scripts after I've performed the "Factory Reset". Also, when performing a SpeedTest from the router's Web UI I get speeds like 230-260 Mbps. It's strange, because I remember...

Hi, I have upgraded today from 384.13 to the latest MerlinWRT (386.2_6) and I have noticed a drop in network speed. Before the update, I was able to reach 900Mbps+ speeds on WAN interface without any problem. Now, after the update, it won't pass 600Mbps. I've also performed a factory reset...

    SNMP "ifSpeed" reported wrong

Hi! I am using latest Merlin WRT (380.67) on my RT-AC68U and I am trying to monitor the WAN traffic with mrtg and Nagios. The problem is that SNMP reports ifSpeed as only 1250 Kbytes, while the real speed is 1Gbps: "IF-MIB::ifSpeed.4 = Gauge32: 10000000", "IF-MIB::ifHighSpeed.4 = Gauge32: 10"...

Hello! I tried to edit the vsftpd.conf file from /etc but everytime I reboot the router the changes are lost. How can I save the file without losing it at every reboot? Thanks!

    Some help needed

Hello! I am new here and this is my first post. I own an Asus rtn56-u and my questions are: 1. How do I share a file with someone from router's ftp server without giving away any username/password? 2. Is there any entware application for intrusion detection or something for security? Sorry if...
