    Buying a new DVR is not an option for me. It worked with my old router. I don't see why there is a problem now. There must be some setting that is enabled or disabled.

    Looking at the modem logs. I'm seeing a lot of things with today's date. Here is a paste of the logs. http://pastebin.com/18APrped We called our ISP and they are sending out a tech to see what's going on. Apparently we have a weak signal.
