Solved What is the default SSID password for ASUS_48_2G?

I have had a right day today! I'm lazy so skipped a few fw versions (was on 386_7 on AC88U). Flashed 386_12_6 , told me to manually reboot so I did. Did factory reset (initialised settings), when it came back up, NO "ASUS" SSID came up for a while, then ASUS_E8_2G came up requiring a password...

Diversion Diversion - the Router Ad-Blocker

Just upgraded my router from AC87U (merlin/diversion/entware) to a AC88U, flashed merlin, setup diversion from scratch again using Large list as I have before, it's blocking domains ok, although I've noticed I don't have to add any of my whitelist entries this time around. Periodically tho I...

[Release] AB-Solution 3 - The Ad Blocking Solution

Well, I've followed that guide to the letter. i flashed the newest asus f/w just to see the differences. Not much apart from flashing yellow alert about my wan ip not being external ip, but private ip, which it should be. Silly. Flashed merlin stable again, factory reset, disabled everything...

[Release] AB-Solution 3 - The Ad Blocking Solution

I'm quite anal like that anyway, so this is basically what I'd do. There's a new asus firmware which I'll use first.. Would being connected to my vpn affect it at all? A bug if it does I guess.

[Release] AB-Solution 3 - The Ad Blocking Solution

I don't know why, but accessing the lan differently gives different results. When I just ssh to a locally connected machine, it queries, finds it in hosts.dnsmasq, and forwards upstream anyway. When I ping the machine, it does same but gets a reply query[PTR] 3.1.168.192.in-addr.arpa But when...

[Release] AB-Solution 3 - The Ad Blocking Solution

Asus 87u came with latest asus firmware, I flashed with merlin latest, reset to factory just in case, set it all up (inc disabling ipv6), and it's been that way since today when I installed your script, using the instructions on this page.
