    Can't Login to GUI

I didn't think of that. Great idea! Thanks! I have NordVPN, and I'm not sure how to exclude my router IP's from it... Research time!

    Can't Login to GUI

I think I figured it out. I'm in Windows 10 Pro version 2004. I went to "Settings" then "Network & Internet" then at the bottom of the "Status" page I clicked "Network Reset." Then when the "Network Reset" page open, I clicked "Reset Now." In the notes above the "Reset Now" button it says...

    Can't Login to GUI

I'm having a similar problem with my AX88U running Merlin 384.17. I can access the GUI interface using my iPhone SE-2020, but I cannot with my PC, which is on Windows 10 2004. Any ideas? Additional Note: I can access the GUI using my wife's PC, which has the same version of Windows, too.

[Beta] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.14 Beta is now available

My wife has a Google Nexus 10 tablet running Android 5.1.1 that refuses to connect to 384.14B1. I have switched back and forth between that and 384.13, with no luck on 384.14B1. In fact, after the router has been updated to 384.14B1, it won't connect to it once it is running 384.13, again. I...

    [Asus RT-AX88U] Experiences & Discussion

I suppose the same is true for our five year old Netgear R8000. That’s the nice thing about upgrading at five year intervals - the improvements are REALLY noticeable! Having said that, I didn’t even consider anything other than a Wi-Fi 6 router because I upgrade so infrequently, and then...

    [Asus RT-AX88U] Experiences & Discussion

It's at least equal to the RT-AC88U in Wi-Fi performance, but with AX clients, it is faster, right? As in, more Mbps?

    [Asus RT-AX88U] Experiences & Discussion

I just completed reading this (so far) 25 page thread, and it has been worth it! A couple of weeks ago, I bought a RT-AX88U, set it up, installed the latest Asus-sourced firmware, and put it to work. My wife and I noticed an immediate improvement over our former wireless router, a Netgear...

    Netgear x6 r8000

Thanks I've had my R8000 for four years, now, and it has been a great performer, and trouble--free. The latest official firmware, 1.0.4.28, has made it faster and better with support for tri-band smart connect. Up until this update the smart connect function was dual-band, only using the two...

Does An AC Router Improve N Device Performance?

Moved from WNDR4000 to R8000 First post, here. I'm sure you guys have forgotten more about wireless networking than I'll ever know, but here's my experience.
