That might be where the problem comes from. I previously had 3 units of the BQ16, and the speeds were amazing. However, the 6 GHz module in the main unit burned out—it couldn't handle the summer heat in Seville. I had QoS configured exactly the same way as I do now. I believe it's a firmware...- fjangel

Hi. I have the same issue. I bought 3 units of the GS-BE18000. My provider is Movistar (Spain, Europe), and I have a 1 Gb symmetrical connection (PPPoE).
