Have Asus fix the MLO issue which come along during the first few months of launch? Currently I disable MLO on my BQ16.

No auto OTA yet for latest firmware 37000, now still on 36998, check for update or Asus support webpage, no 37000 yet

Asus automatically download and install on my BQ16, will be monitoring it as mine is a single pack with 2 SSID (Merge all band (Normal and IoT) Diabled MLO due to random disconnection.

A long due update, so far no issue after it auto installed the firmware for Nov 2024, mine is just a single node with MLO enabled.

Seem like BQ16 finally got a new firmware on 24/11/2024. Do we have a thread for only BQ16?

Hope that one day we will see the magic for BQ16 Pro and BQ16 with merlin firmware.

Asus again no love for its other sibling BQ16 as the last firmware was in August 2024.

Will there be support for BQ16?

Asus official second release of 3006 firmware always bugs, wonder did they as such big company allocate resources from their QA team do test all test case before releasing. Their firmware update is slow very slow for such high end router, 1 every like 4-6 months, a forgotten child. Shall wait...

I have gave up, just went to purchase Linksys Velop Wifi 6 MX5300 single node mesh router as an upgrade from this Asus CT8 mesh. If need additional Linksys node, next time then upgrade.
