    thanks for the review. I got the unit and noticing slow USB3-HDD to NAS-HDD write speeds. When I attach MyPassport HDD to laptop and copy a file to NAS, I get ~70MB/s. When I attach MyPassport to NAS USB3 port - speeds are <<10MB/s. Is this expected? Does review chart cover this speed?

    Unexpected wired connection (RT-AC86U)

    Same happens on mine as well as on previously owned Netgear X4S (R7800). I would not worry about wired vs. wireless, but make sure all connected devices in list are expected to be there.
