I have an RT-AC68U on 384.17 and seems like once a month this will happen: https://pastebin.com/DfEXYBFW Internet drops and the router does a full reboot. I see a couple things that stick out but I don't know if they are the main cause.

Pretty sure your issue is related to PIA. See this PIA help doc. There are only some locations that allow port forwarding I believe and if you're using their desktop client you have to enable a switch in the settings.

I have tried the bypass trick with a 5 port tp-link and fiber was fine. What didn’t work was the U-verse tv service though. Something about the ac68u not supporting igmp snooping for multicast. The version asus router supports isn’t high enough or something.
