No they work fine via Ethernet, it’s only wireless. And 99% of the time iPhones and iPads are unaffected.

Yes done factory resets everyday and it works for an hour or so then they start dropping again

Been having a lot of problems with Windows laptops keep on dropping internet connections with the Vodafone Ultra Hub. They are all connected to the wi-fi but come up with "no internet" errors. We have five laptops all of different makes and they all do this, sometimes it is every few minutes...
