    ICY BOX- is it connected at 10/1000 or 10/100

    Product Name IB-NAS4220-B Firmware Version 2.6.3-20090228 HI Guys, i have the above router - i can't work out how to tell if it is connecting at 1g or 100mb. I have a 1gb router and also the nas is 1gb i've tried copying a file from nas to my pc 700mb and it averages 6.7mbps...
