XT8 guest network

Anyone have any advice on how to setup a guest network properly? Occasionally the devices are in the same huest SSID , but they're should different IPs? Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I even trun off the guest mode, to have him connect just to the router, but he'll still occasionally get...
