Do both switches have to support link aggregation I have 2 gigabit switches connected to each other. One is a managed switch (Linksys SLM2008) I can configure to aggregate links. But the other is an unmanaged switch (Netgear GS108). Can I get the benefits of link aggregation with this setup?
