USB flash drive has one partition formated ext2. There are no other partition or unalocated space on it. I have tried ext3 also, but i encountered same problem. Beside that, as you can see in that log, the USB flash worked without issues for 5-6 days. It has to be something else that causes this...

Tnx for the sugestion, skeal. I did that, usb flash is ok, get`s mounted in windows, but needs formated FAT32/NTFS. Scanned, has no errors.
