    Yes, rebooted, no success. Would you consider yourself a router/networking expert? Because I need a letter from someone who can substantiate the fact that this is a fault of the router so I can get my money back. If you're not able to provide such a letter, do you know someone who could?

    When I disable the primary WAN, the failover WAN activates and the internet is restored HOWEVER the Port Redirection fails. Port Redirection fails when just 4G is enabled.

    Well shut my mouth. Its working. This: email - how to fix "send-mail: Authorization failed 534 5.7.14 " - Server Fault is what worked. I used another gmail address in the voip router to send messages with, turned on "allow less secure apps" in that gmail account, created a filter to forward...
