Not that I know of. I usually take screenshots of the pertinent pages and refer back to them. Another alterative is to save the web pages in your browser.
I would suggest that the graph is pretty normal. My Internet speeds take a hit after approximately 18:00. My simple guess is that it is when folk get home from work and start streaming/watching stuff. Providing the speed/bandwidth is good enough for what I need, I don't worry.

Sorted. I checked the configs again and found that I needed to enter a DNS server address. AFAIK, the YouTube walk through didn’t mention this, but I could have easily missed it as it had been a long day.
