    Well, to be embarrassingly honest, I'm not sure how it works. I just know it does. I'm pretty sure that you don't need anything in the DNS fields on the DHCP server tab. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

    That did it! They're cell phones. I didn't realize that you could set a static IP in a phone. I must have screwed something up when I tried to move the old one off of .111 and reassign the new one to that address in the router. I really, really appreciate your help! You are the greatest!

    The VPN is installed on the router. That is when the VOIP calls fail. The phones are Moto X androids. I'm beginning to think that cellphone carrier may be blocking any calls that go through a VPN. (if that's even possible)
