    I did a reset - by pressing the reset button on router. Then was able to connect. So all good, thanks for the advice. Still dont know what happened but all good now.

    Yes - have tried multiple browsers on different devices. No luck. Question, if I do a hard reset do I need to do this on my main Asus router only, or both the main router and the mesh router as well?

    That gives me this IP address for the main router: https://192.168.1.1/ I tried http and https I also have a mesh with another IP: 192.168.1.236 Still get the same message - Unable to connect Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at 192.168.1.1.

    @colintaylor Yes I mean router. I have rebooted many times. Nothing has changed but can no longer assess the router via the app. I can also not access the router via router.asus.com.

    Wifi is on - I have the 2.4 and 5 GHz lights on. The wifi works fine - I just cant connect to the ASUS app or the web interface

    Using old Apple AirPort Extreme as backup drive

    One other question. I have all Windows computers. I assume once I connect the Apple Airport drive (3TB) I can see it on the network and then use standard utilities to backup up my data. I checked the Time Machine feature on the Asus router and it seems like it is only for OSX
