Release Asuswrt-Merlin 386.3 is now available

Run "pwr config --cpuwait on" from an SSH session. It dropped the temp on my RT-AX88U ~ 8 Celsius. Enable jffs and create an init-start script: [email protected]:/jffs/scripts# cat /jffs/scripts/init-start #!/bin/sh # https://github.com/RMerl/asuswrt-merlin.ng/wiki/User-scripts#init-start...

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 386.3 is now available

Dirty update of a RT-AX88U from 386.2_6 to 386.3_2. Other than a ~9C increase in reported CPU temperature -- from ~56C before the upgrade, to ~65C after the upgrade --, no issues encountered.

Merlin support for WAN wireless Client Mode

I have a GL.iNet Beryl (GL-MT1300) Travel Router. Highly recommended! They have other's offerings -- the Slate (GL-AR750S-Ext) or the Creta (GL-AR750) -- but the Beryl is their latest/greatest travel router.

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 is now available

Try manually assigning your 2.4 MHz channel to the one with the least signal. I had this problem with my IoT Nexx Garage Opener until did that.

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 is now available

@QMax I have not tried a new new client1.ovpn as my previous configs -- UDP & TCP -- from 384.19 work.

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 is now available

Been running 386.1 (via dirty upgrade) on my AC86U for 6 days now. All seems well except the Traffic Classification pie chart not showing up and "Initialinzing the settings of OpenVPN server now, please wait a few minutes to let the server to setup completed before VPN clients establish the...

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 is now available

Further exploration of 386.1 on my RT-AC86U; the Wifi Radar tools only shows the RT-86U's SSID in the graphs for both 2.4 & 5 GHz.

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 is now available

Thanks @RMerlin, @themiron, et al. for the work you've put into the 386.1 release and Asuswrt-Merlin in general! I performed a (dirty) upgrade of my RT-AC86U from 384.19 to 386.1. Everything seems to work fine. I do have a ~ +3 degree Celsius CPU temperature (~73c -> 76c) after +3 hours uptime...

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.13 is now available

Upgraded my 86U from 384.12 -> .13 via the WebUI - no problems. With this release, all of my Chromecast devices consistently show up as as targets in my apps and Chrome browser! I assume it is due to the "IGMP Snooper daemon crashing" fix.
