    I dont use built in ftp becouse I cannot change default port. Instead I use sftp. You can install it using "opkg install openssh-sftp-server"

    Yes, its cool. Only thing that's somewhat missing for me is ability to change default FTP server port (who runs ftp on default port these days????????) . How hard it would be to implement it? Only Merlin knows.

    RT-AX68U on 386.2_4 - changing usb port modes reboots router (bug?)

    Hey, everyone! Just installed currently latest merlin fw 386.2_4 on brand new RT-AX68U, so far everything seems nice, only I noticed this one thing: I am using both usb port with usb flash sticks (both usb 3.0) for storage. Both usb sticks shows as USB 3.0 in merlin's fw "Network Map". But...

    News RT-AX68U

    Just got rt-ax68u as replacement for my failing rt-ac86u for 151eur (~184usd) in local shop in Latvia. Could not justify for myself purchase of rt-ax86u, so got ax68u instead. Must have was merlin fw support, of course. Without merlin any asus router is zero worth for me. Not set it up yet...

    Asuswrt-Merlin 378.55 is now available

    I guess something is wrong with this new firmware. I have RT-AC56U, flashed from previous merlin fw, it updated OK, but I cannot login anymore using latest firefox (39.0), after entering login/pass it shows same login page again. Impossible to log in :( This new firmware login works with latest...
