I appreciate you guys helping me fix this issue. Turns out it is a lot more complex than I thought to fix the router.
That doesn't sound good. What do you think went wrong with the router? I messed up on changing the Hex code? Firmware flashing issue?

I was able to get the router to connect on the firmware restoration earlier. And I let it ran for about 1hr and came back to this. The router recovery went all the way to 100% then this popped up:
I am having no luck using firmware restoration. It says connecting to wireless device and it counts up to 30 seconds and then it says wireless router is not in rescue mode.
