    Last question I promise haha, do I have to connect device to router via ethernet or can port forwarding be performed from a wirelessly connected windows laptop?

    Called ISP verfied not blocked. Not sure how to get something listening as just wanted to check if port forwarding worked / is there a way to get something listening just to show it works + get back my sanity haha. As port checking sites show it's closed.
