    Cool my Merlin'd RT-AC68U down?

Well, here's what I did for my RT-AC1900P (the BestBuy version of the AC68U): I ordered one of these - AC Infinity MULTIFAN S3, Quiet 120mm USB Fan for Receiver DVR Playstation Xbox Computer Cabinet Cooling from Amazon for $12.99 - I plugged the USB-A connector into an unused USB port on the...

    Overclock AC68U on 380.65_2?

So, since a RT-AC1900P comes out of its box at 1400Mhz, there's no room for overclocking? Yes, No, Maybe...? Is the CPU already at its max?

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.65 is now available

Let's see now - I've been running 380.65_2 on my 'Best Buy Special' AC1900P for eleven days so far, and even while my stepson is binge-watching Netflix at Full HD, Speedtest reports 69.24 Mbps down on a nominal 60 Mbps connection. I ran ASUS stock RT-AC1900P_3.0.0.4_380_7266 for about three days...

    The rmerlin donation thread.

Donation sent - Thanks to RMerlin for creating better ASUS firmware than ASUS does... I recently had a brain fade and bought a Linksys; then I recovered, sent the Linksys back, and got a new ASUS because I know I can count on RMerlin and John9527...:D

[Test build] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.65 alpha builds

Well, there is a 'kinda' workaround - see my post #15 - I don't have the ability to do builds, so I was waiting for RMerlin's next Alpha...

[Test build] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.65 alpha builds

Just loaded Alpha 3 on AC-RT1900P (AC68U code) - same misnamed / missing tab problem in tools as previously reported, but if you click on the highlighted 'here' link shown at "Administration - Firmware Upgrade>Scheduled new firmware check", the "Tools - Other Settings" data appears in a single...

[Beta] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.64 Beta is now available

Up on Beta 2 - selecting Check again says I'm up to date - checked all the WebUI pages with Chrome, no problems seen so far. ShieldsUP! testing shows my home network as completely stealthy... :D

[Beta] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.64 Beta is now available

@Merlin - Selecting the Check Button got me the Beta 2 notification, and selecting Visit Download Site took me to the RT-AC68U sub-directory, appropriate for my RT-AC1900P. So, that part works - downloading now.

[Coming Soon] New version notification system

Mine is a RT-AC1900P, and I get the same result - does that productid come from a protected area of NVRAM?

    [Preview] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.64 test builds

Merlin: 380.64_alpha2 rock solid after 48 hours running on my RT-AC1900P, but I'm not doing anything exotic with it - except passing a lot of IPSEC through it.

Actually, I think he's entitled to all the space he wants or needs - my concern is for his well-being, not his product...
