    One small downsize on adding the Custom Configuration is that OpenVPN connections does not show up anymore in the System Log. At least not in debug mode.

    John, Thank you very much. This was the missing link. I just uploaded Merlin 378.55 into the DD-WRT Gui and it flushed like expected. After a reboot and a small pre-configuration it was possible to flush 380.69 into the router.

    Hi, I actually did. Placed the router in recoverymode, led is blinking slowely. But after flushing the new firmware, the router still boots with dd-wrt.

    I have an RT-68U router, with DD-WRT r34080. I just can't manage to flush stock Asus firmware nor Merlin firmware. Renaming .trx to .bin and flush on the GUI doesn't work.     After a clean startup all devices seems to connect well. But after a while (one hour, some hours) all 2,4 devices loses connectivity. The flags in the Wireless log shows __ __ __.     Unfortunately multiple devices had issues connecting to the 2,4GHz. 5GHz seems to be ok. Using Smart Connect Mode. For now I have to go back to 380.68.4 RT-AC88U

    I was always wondering why DNSmasq is not running in AP mode. Any specific reason? Occasionally I need to know which devices are connected on the AP, have to write down MAC adress (since IPadress is also unknown) and take a look at the main router. Not a big issue, just wondering.

    I've tried mounting the share the normal way and by first starting debian. ls /mnt unfortunately doesn't show any files. However (not in debian) ls /tmp/mnt/sda1/media does actualy show my folders and files. But no luck in Plex.
