    rt-AC87u (380.64_2) printer problems

    Same here with ac87u and Dell laser printer. Actually in one of the older firmwares 379 the printer was working flawlessly. But as I don't need a printer more than once in a week get use to reboot the router.

    RT-AC87U Quantenna soc temperatures

    Broadcom chips are certified to 120°, but quantenna are operational till 90° if I'm not mistaken. Anyway, I already changed the paste but without much success. At least for quantenna soc it varies between 70-75° and 5ghz now is worst upto 56°. Maybe later I will remove the metal plates (caps)...

    Done that. Definitely "no go" for me. Still reboot loop only. The strange thing is that all CFE commands are available, but none of them can bring the Ethernet back.

    I also have bricked AC56U which is not recoverable by serial cable (the nvram refuses to initialize ethernet). If somebody may enlighten us how to do it with JTAG I will deeply grateful.
