I'll keep you updated once a new beta or stable version gets released then. So I can do the steps! Is their any "debug" info on these routers btw? Maybe it can tell for errors?

Solved Bug with 2.4ghz and 5ghz split on AX86U-Pro? 5ghz network disappear [Workaround provided]

Hi! I try to split my network in one 2.4ghz network and another 5ghz network. It used to work on my old router before I upgraded to an AX86U-Pro. The issue I have when I set 2.4ghz on WPA2/WPA3-Personal and 5ghz on WPA2/WPA3-personal. The 5ghz network disappear. It seem to reappear if I put it...

    RT-AC68U / RT-AC68P / RT-AC1900 / RT-AC1900P

To be perfectly honest I see no point on my router. Since I just use it as a... router. All extra features I got servers for.

    RT-AC68U / RT-AC68P / RT-AC1900 / RT-AC1900P

You say I should overclock it to get more speed and heat? ;)

    RT-AC68U / RT-AC68P / RT-AC1900 / RT-AC1900P

It works totally fine, but never experience these temps on my old router. It was roughly around 60C. But thanks for the info.

Hey! Have annyone happened to see that the temperatures are quite high on this router? As you can see on the provided picture it's more or less idle at the moment.

[Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374.43 LTS releases (Archive)

Do you happen to know if the mysterious E1 version works with this fork? I presume it doesn't since C1 doesn't work. I picked up one yesterday and it was loads and loads of boxes with E1. I could only find one single A2 unit. No C1 or B1 versions. So it would seem that E1 is the new revision now.

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.61 is now available

Sorry for double post, just wanna report with the 374.X fork on the top of this forum section the 5GHz band works perfectly. So I assume it's some bug with the latest version at the moment

I did that as well. I think I will try to downgrade to an older version. Just tried the Beta and exactly the same issue. EDIT: For clearity. I did the WPS Button plus the "clear NVRAM" section in the DD-WRT wiki for the RT-N66U

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.61 is now available

Alright I tried everything now that is possible to get my 5GHz working. Resetting the router, clearing the NVRAM and even going so far on doing the commands according to the DD-WRT wiki. Still same problem. 5GHz is on/off all the tine. 2.4GHz is rock solid. Is the router dying?

Btw do anyone happen to know the telnet command to clear the NVRAM? Search a bit but I feel uneasy.

Oh sorry I forgot to add. My networks has always been seperated. I never use the same SSID on networks since I rather have it neatly seperated. I cleaned my profile on my PC, same issue. Tried on my Phone, same problem.

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.61 is now available

Hello! I got Asus RT-N66U. After the latest firmware update (380.61) I been having a ton of issues with the 5GHZ band. I tried different channels, I tried to let it do auto. I even tried with DFS channels. But it seems to disconnect all the time. It's not just the computer but other devices as...
