well the firmware is by default nothing has changed, other then using merlin firmware I have even have changed ISP and gotten a new ONT and the Switch is new as well also there don't seems to be a dongle at all Plugged in.

Yes I actually do, hence the reason why I went to the Asus Service Centre to get the Router Replaced to Rule out the Issue but it is still happening :(

I don't think ISP will do that to allow in the first place I'm trying to understand if load balancing if suppose to work the way it should as describe above, or asus Router has some issue on this And secondly I'm asking if there any other way around this without the need to use asus load...
