    I bought a new AX68U unit. The AX86U was out of stock and I did not like the gaming look&feel of the AX82U. Replaced my old RT-AC87. Works like a charm, increase of Wi-Fi coverage is impressive.

    There is no option 61 in the GUI afaik. But it looks like asuswrt is useing udhcpc from busybox for dhcp. The busybox doc says there exists a "-c,--clientid=CLIENTID Client identifier" argument. Question is how to get it into startup scripts.

    But the thread is about ipv6? QoS in your asus router will not know about everything else in the house. If e.g. the work laptop overloads the upload connection on the isp gateway there is little the asus router can do about it.

    It is the same for me, I use it as my main router with the asus firmware. Very stable all day long. I reboot it every night.

    I use the ASUS stock firmware. Disabling the 2.4GHz band in AP Mode does work. But unfortunately I cannot connect reliably to the 5GHz Band in 'Repeater mode'.     How do you disable the 2.4 GHz if the router is in 'Repeater Mode'? I cannot find this option in the GUI. If the router is in another mode I can go to Wireless / Professional and set Enable Radio to no. But the option Wireless does not show while in 'Repeater mode'.

    RT-AC86U AiMesh with RT-AC66U bridge

    Same for me. I am having stability issues with the stock asus firmware connecting on the 5Ghz band. Sometimes the media bridge is unable to connect to the wlan network. I have switched to the 2.4Ghz now. Seems to be more stable an reliable. But of course the speed is not so great.
