    Actually it was too much termal pads, just 1 "leg" wasn't enough to handle the pressure so it just broke like 5 minutes after closing everything again. After that i moved away from any commercial router and did picked a x86 mini pc with a separate business access point.

    Yup, that's why i've ordered some new thermal pads. Hope they will work. For now i've placed the old ones all on the cpu until tomorrow. Thanks for the suggestion.

    I've tried replacing the thermal pads with thermal paste and removing the usb key (it's a mini sandisk usb3.0) and... that was a bad idea. I've gained 15° HURRAY! I've bought some 0.5mm thermal pads, they will arrive tomorrow. Hope it will solve the problem.

    The previous version 384.10_gnuton4 it's working flawlessly. I'm using it with a 64GB usb with swap file, diversion, minidlna and qos. Too bad my dsl-ac68u cpu it's constantly at 90° lol

    I was referring to this regarding applying the patch and for opus just wandering if it could be implemented even without the minidlna patch. Well it is developed by Xiph.Org, the creator of vorbis and ogg, not really obscure, just not well distributed. Anyway i will try implementing it myself...

    Well the patch it's easily applicable so not big deal who need it can build itself, i did post it just to let know of his existence. What about libopus? It's easily implementable?

    libopus was updated like 1 week ago. Opus it's a relatively new codec compared to old mp3 and vorbis and it has less latency and better quality/bitrate ratio than the other two. I was refering to minidlna (ReadyMedia)

    The last release was 2 year ago, the last activity of the developer is 1 year ago and people complain about the lack of updated and patch implementation submitted 5 year ago. I really doubt we will see any update in this regard.

    Yes, true but still humans prone to errors, without an error log could be hard to understand where it lies the problem. I don't know how asuswrt log system works but i was just wondering if it could be easily implemented. Sry didn't read that part, i just went straight here
